We're a growing team focused on building a media ecosystem that works for everyone who's creating. Videos, articles, podcasts, newsletters, we've seen it all and we've seen what happens time and time again to new creative work. We've got backgrounds at big tech places like Google, YouTube, Meta, Microsoft, media mammoths like Viacom, and upstarts like the Atavist, we've been at the forefront of what has transpired between media and tech.

Because of this, what we know is that for the vast majority of people creating right now, the current system is not going to work. The likely result is that a growing class of diverse voices will never have the chance to thrive. That is, unless we all come together and start building things together.
